FULL SERVICE...My husband and I have bought two houses and sold one house with the assistance and guidance of David Patterson. The service we received is absolutely second to none. Dave pays attention to detail and is always one or two steps ahead in every aspect. His knowledge and professionalism makes for a completely flawless process, whether buying or selling. Contacted me one time only. I told him what area of what price of house I was looking for. He said he would send me properties in that area in my price range, but instead sent me overpriced property listings that weren't in the area I specified. I kept getting irrelevant email with listings of houses not pertaining to my criteria. I had to unsubscribe a couple times before the emails stopped. Much later, I get an email from them about a house that will have items for sale, including planets. Trying to confirm what that meant, I didn't get an appreciation for pointing out the error which should've been plants so they could correct their ad. The office girl told me I was being silly and mean, and then in retaliation told me I had 7 errors in my writing. This is not professional in my opinion.

I’ve rented and purchased multiple homes with Dave and Donna. Every time they’ve gone above and beyond. I trust them completely as they are very knowledgeable and always have my best interest in mind. They’re always available to take my call, have an amazing network of experts, and are great people!! 5 stars for every transaction over the last 10+ years!! You won’t find anyone better!

David and Donna are super attentive and helpful. They are willing to give personal opinion of you ask for it and listen to your wants and needs. Wonderful experiences which is why I’ve used them 3 times and recommend them when people ask.
